Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, representado por la Presidenta X\u00f3chitl Flores Jim\u00e9nez, y el Instituto Nacional del Suelo Sustentable (INSUS), firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para la gesti\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n del suelo, en sus diferentes tipos y modalidades, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias chimalhuaquenses.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">En el acto de firma, la Presidenta Municipal, Flores Jim\u00e9nez, indic\u00f3 que la regulaci\u00f3n es una importante petici\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda, por ello, su gobierno trabajar\u00e1 para garantizar que se lleven a cabo todos los tr\u00e1mites necesarios para garantizar la seguridad del patrimonio de las familias del municipio.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">Por su parte, Alejandro Hern\u00e1ndez Guti\u00e9rrez, en su car\u00e1cter de representante regional del Estado de M\u00e9xico del INSUS, explic\u00f3 que en M\u00e9xico un 50 por ciento del uso de suelo es irregular y, para reparar este fen\u00f3meno, se requiere la intervenci\u00f3n de los gobiernos estatales y municipales, por lo que el acto de regularizaci\u00f3n es sumamente importante.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">El acuerdo tiene como objetivo llevar a cabo los tr\u00e1mites necesarios para la regulaci\u00f3n del suelo, ante el crecimiento descontrolado de las zonas urbanas y la ocupaci\u00f3n de suelo rural de vocaci\u00f3n forestal y agr\u00edcola en el municipio de Chimalhuac\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala como un antecedente que la gesti\u00f3n del suelo, vinculada a la regulaci\u00f3n del suelo en sus diferentes tipos y modalidades, tiene el potencial de generar mejores condiciones para las familias de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, preservando las zonas no aptas para el desarrollo urbano y ordenado de las zonas urbanas y rurales.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p><p
