Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n conmemor\u00f3 el D\u00eda Mundial de la Diabetes con una Mega Jornada de Salud efectuada en el Auditorio Cultural Oaxaque\u00f1o de la Plaza C\u00edvica \u201cBenito Ju\u00e1rez\u201d, en barrio Vidrieros. En la Mega Jornada de Salud se ofrecieron servicios de consulta m\u00e9dica, toma de glucosa, limpieza dental, nutrici\u00f3n, podolog\u00eda, optometr\u00eda, muestra gastron\u00f3mica con bajos \u00edndices cal\u00f3ricos (apta para personas con diabetes), tanatolog\u00eda, trabajo social, entre otros. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">La Presidenta X\u00f3chitl Flores Jim\u00e9nez conmin\u00f3 a los asistentes a hacer conciencia y cuidar de su salud, as\u00ed como a aprovechar los servicios m\u00e9dicos que ahora, en su administraci\u00f3n, se llevan hasta a las comunidades m\u00e1s lejanas, como los Ejidos. \u201cEstas jornadas son gratuitas y en beneficio de ustedes, pasen la voz para que m\u00e1s vecinas y vecinos acudan y resulten beneficiados. Aprovechen estos servicios, que son posibles gracias al esfuerzo y coordinaci\u00f3n del doctor Hugo Sergio Gonz\u00e1lez Rosales, titular de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Salud (DIGSA) y al DIF municipal\u201d, dijo la Alcaldesa.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">El titular de la Direcci\u00f3n Municipal de Salud explic\u00f3 que la diabetes es una enfermedad cr\u00f3nica ocasionada por problemas metab\u00f3licos y az\u00facares en la sangre. \u201cHoy no es un d\u00eda festivo, es un d\u00eda de lucha contra la diabetes. Cuando una persona tiene diabetes, hay que saber qu\u00e9 puede comer, por ello los chicos del Tecnol\u00f3gico de Estudios Superiores Chimalhuac\u00e1n (TESCHI) han preparado una muestra gastron\u00f3mica de alimentos con cantidades m\u00ednimas de az\u00facar\u201d, dijo el director municipal de Salud.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Mencion\u00f3 que con el paso del tiempo se prev\u00e9 que cada vez m\u00e1s personas tengan diabetes, por ello se debe hacer conciencia desde el buen comer, pues a menudo la diabetes es ocasionada por otras enfermedades como la obesidad. \u201cEstamos trabajando con la Direcci\u00f3n General de Educaci\u00f3n para que podamos llevar estos temas a las cooperativas de las escuelas, para prevenir la obesidad y disminuir las probabilidades de contraer diabetes\u201d, comparti\u00f3 el titular de la DIGSA.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">A la conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial de la Diabetes tambi\u00e9n asisti\u00f3 el Primer S\u00edndico Municipal, Faustino M\u00e9ndez L\u00e1zaro; el Segundo Regidor, Alfredo Arenas Galicia; la Presidenta del DIF Municipal, Ana Laura Benito Galv\u00e1n, y la Directora Irma Vargas Palapa; as\u00ed como la Directora de Bienestar Municipal, Berenice Mart\u00ednez, y la Directora de Tr\u00e1nsito, Ana Delia Noyola.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align:
