{"id":9617,"date":"2022-11-14T15:30:46","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T21:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chimalhuacan.gob.mx\/?p=9617"},"modified":"2022-11-14T15:33:28","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T21:33:28","slug":"cabildo-de-chimalhuacan-aprueba-programa-de-regularizacion-fin-de-ano-fin-de-deudas-en-servicios-de-agua-potable-y-drenaje-y-la-adquisicion-del-inmueble-para-policlinica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chimalhuacangobierno.transformandolaalimentacion.com\/?p=9617","title":{"rendered":"CABILDO DE CHIMALHUAC\u00c1N APRUEBA PROGRAMA DE REGULARIZACI\u00d3N \u201cFIN DE A\u00d1O, FIN DE DEUDAS\u201d EN SERVICIOS DE AGUA POTABLE Y DRENAJE, Y LA ADQUISICI\u00d3N DEL INMUEBLE PARA POLICL\u00cdNICA"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"9617\" class=\"elementor elementor-9617\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6f428ec elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-eae-slider=\"49249\" data-id=\"6f428ec\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4b36498\" data-eae-slider=\"21595\" data-id=\"4b36498\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac24809 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ac24809\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span lang=\"es\">Bolet\u00edn DCS\/374<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">Chimalhuac\u00e1n, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 14 de noviembre de 2022<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">Durante la Cuadrag\u00e9sima Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo, la Presidenta Municipal, X\u00f3chitl Flores Jim\u00e9nez, y los integrantes del Cuerpo Edilicio aprobaron\u00a0 el Programa de Regularizaci\u00f3n \u201cFin de A\u00f1o, Fin de Deudas\u201d, a favor de ciudadanos obligados al pago de derechos de conexi\u00f3n y por servicios de suministro de agua potable, drenaje, alcantarillado y saneamiento para uso dom\u00e9stico y no dom\u00e9stico; la adquisici\u00f3n del inmueble que se destinar\u00e1 para la construcci\u00f3n de la Policl\u00ednica con base en el Programa Anual de obras correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2022; y el nombramientos de Titulares de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Municipal.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">El Programa de Regularizaci\u00f3n \u201cFin de A\u00f1o, Fin de Deudas\u201d, consiste en eximir el 100% (cien por ciento) del pago de derechos de suministro de agua potable y drenaje, de los ejercicios fiscales 2021 y anteriores, a favor de aquellos usuarios de uso dom\u00e9stico y no dom\u00e9stico, que se presenten voluntariamente a regularizar sus adeudos, actualizar el tipo de servicio y\/o la incorporaci\u00f3n al padr\u00f3n de usuarios.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">Mientras que el Programa de Subsidio del 50% en Contrataciones de Agua Potable y Drenaje, consiste en otorgar un subsidio del 50% (cincuenta por ciento) en el costo de los contratos de servicio de agua potable y drenaje, a favor de los usuarios de uso dom\u00e9stico y no dom\u00e9stico que se presenten a actualizar, regularizar o incorporar al padr\u00f3n de usuario, durante el ejercicio fiscal 2022.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">Por otra parte, con el Programa de Exenci\u00f3n del 100% en el Pago de Inspecciones, se otorgar\u00e1 una exenci\u00f3n del 100% (cien por ciento) en el costo de las inspecciones solicitadas o realizadas por el personal del organismo a los usuarios de uso dom\u00e9stico y no dom\u00e9stico que se presenten a actualizar, regularizar o incorporar al padr\u00f3n de usuario, durante el ejercicio fiscal 2022.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">Asimismo, el Cuerpo Edilicio aprob\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n del inmueble en el que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la construcci\u00f3n de la Policl\u00ednica con base en el Programa Anual de obras correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2022, ubicado en la parcela denominada \u201c1182z6p1\/2\u201d, en el Ejido de Santa Mar\u00eda y que cuenta con una superficie de 3,627 metros cuadrados. El monto de compra asciende a 7 millones 979 mil 400 pesos, a trav\u00e9s de recursos propios. La Direcci\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas, en coordinaci\u00f3n con Desarrollo Urbano, verificaron que es un espacio id\u00f3neo para la construcci\u00f3n de esta importante obra p\u00fablica y, adem\u00e1s, cumple con las reglas de operaci\u00f3n que se\u00f1ala el Fondo FISMDF, mediante el cual se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la obra de la Policl\u00ednica, con una inversi\u00f3n de 18 millones 305 mil 317 pesos.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">Por \u00faltimo, fue aprobado el nombramiento de la titular de la Direcci\u00f3n General del Bienestar, Sindy Berenice Mart\u00ednez Cabrera.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-section
