font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">El Gobierno de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Contralor\u00eda del Estado de M\u00e9xico, imparti\u00f3 una capacitaci\u00f3n a los Comit\u00e9s Ciudadanos de Control y Vigilancia (COCICOVIS), con el objetivo de vigilar que la realizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 100 obras en distintas colonias del municipio de Chimalhuac\u00e1n est\u00e9 exenta de actos de corrupci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">En su mensaje de bienvenida a los COCICOVIS en el Museo Chimaltonalli, donde se realiz\u00f3 la capacitaci\u00f3n, el Contralor Municipal, Jorge Ra\u00fal Cant\u00fa Herrera, expres\u00f3 que \u201cla obra p\u00fablica es muy importante para cada municipio y, por ello, es muy bueno que participe la sociedad, que est\u00e1 \u00e1vida de que no haya corrupci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">Dijo a los presentes: \u201cCualquier anomal\u00eda que vean en la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras, h\u00e1ganla saber, ustedes nos ayudan para que como servidores p\u00fablicos vayamos por la derecha\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">La capacitaci\u00f3n fue impartida por Javier Barrientos, Delegado Regional de la Contralor\u00eda del Estado de M\u00e9xico y Atenci\u00f3n Ciudadana Zona Oriente, quien mostr\u00f3 a los asistentes los derechos, responsabilidades y obligaciones que poseen los ciudadanos integrantes de los COCICOVIS.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que entre las funciones del COCICOVI, se encuentran participar como ciudadanos en estos comit\u00e9s, informar y representar a la sociedad durante la realizaci\u00f3n de las obras p\u00fablicas, en corresponsabilidad con las entidades administrativas.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">Asimismo, el capacitador resalt\u00f3 las acciones que los COCICOVIS deben evitar, como valerse de sus funciones, modificar expedientes t\u00e9cnicos o reglas de operaci\u00f3n, obstruir la continuaci\u00f3n de una obra p\u00fablica, utilizar las obras con fines pol\u00edtico-electorales o de lucro o solicitar d\u00e1divas como retribuci\u00f3n al cargo. Hizo \u00e9nfasis en la pol\u00edtica anti soborno de la Secretar\u00eda de la Contralor\u00eda del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height:
