Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n,\u00a0 a trav\u00e9s del Departamento de Fomento al Empleo, inici\u00f3 la parte final del reclutamiento de personal femenino para la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Municipal, con entrevistas a m\u00e1s de 400 aspirantes que ocupar\u00e1n una de las 70 plazas vacantes y que comenzar\u00e1n a laborar la primera semana de noviembre.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">En el edificio administrativo \u201cCampo Rojo\u201d, personal de Fomento al Empleo efect\u00faa las entrevistas a mujeres de 25 a 45 a\u00f1os de edad, revisa su documentaci\u00f3n, grado escolar y profesi\u00f3n; aunque se busca que tengan su c\u00e9dula profesional, tambi\u00e9n cuenta su experiencia y trayectoria.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">\u201cSe emiti\u00f3 la convocatoria con el fin de equilibrar los cargos en la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Municipal; actualmente, el 70 por ciento de la plantilla son hombres y 30 por ciento mujeres, raz\u00f3n por la que el H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n decidi\u00f3 lanzar esta convocatoria para incorporar a las mujeres seleccionadas, a partir del mes de noviembre\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Lupita Karina Galicia Vega, titular del Departamento de Fomento al Empleo.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">La convocatoria fue lanzada a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales con que cuenta el municipio y se recibieron 711 solicitudes, de las cuales solo 435 entregaron su documentaci\u00f3n, acta de nacimiento, CURP, credencial y acreditaci\u00f3n escolar y profesi\u00f3n.\u00a0 \u201cEstamos en la \u00faltima etapa: la entrevista, la cual consiste en que cada una nos platique su trayectoria acad\u00e9mica y laboral, qu\u00e9 puede ofrecer a la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, los motivos por los que deber\u00eda ser contratada y sus aspiraciones salariales\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"es\">Galicia Vega indic\u00f3 que, previo a la convocatoria, se levant\u00f3 un diagn\u00f3stico de cu\u00e1nto personal requiere la administraci\u00f3n (incluyendo los \u00f3rganos desconcentrados). En el tema de las mujeres con alguna discapacidad, se busca en qu\u00e9 \u00e1reas pueden ser colocadas y se ver\u00e1 la infraestructura con que se cuenta.<\/span><\/p><p><span
