Para tramitar el testamento, las personas necesitan copia del INE, CURP y acta de nacimiento.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">En la Plaza de la Identidad, la S\u00e9ptima Regidora, Guadalupe Reynoso Flores, felicit\u00f3 a los asistentes por prevenir problemas futuros y realizar sus testamentos: &#8220;As\u00ed se evitan peleas futuras entre hermanos que se distancian cuando ya no est\u00e1 la mam\u00e1 o el pap\u00e1&#8221;, expres\u00f3 la Regidora.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">La finalidad de tramitar un testamento es una manera de prevenci\u00f3n para la disposici\u00f3n de los bienes a futuro. En un testamento se\u00f1alamos a qui\u00e9n queremos dejar nuestros bienes, pero tambi\u00e9n se indica a qui\u00e9n se le quiere dejar la tutela de los menores de edad o de personas con discapacidad, lo cual es, incluso, m\u00e1s importante que la distribuci\u00f3n de los bienes.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Miguel \u00c1ngel Lima Gonz\u00e1lez, abogado de la Notar\u00eda 173, inform\u00f3 que con el Colegio de Notarios se acord\u00f3 que el costo por el tr\u00e1mite del testamento sea de 900 pesos para el p\u00fablico en general y de 700 pesos para adultos mayores. Este programa estar\u00e1 vigente hasta el 28 de octubre en las tres sedes. &#8220;Aqu\u00ed les despejamos las dudas que tengan respecto a su testamento, les hacemos ver la importancia de tener en regla su testamento y no dejar problemas una vez que est\u00e9n ausentes, tenemos calculado recibir 40 personas por d\u00eda&#8221;, expres\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">En la Delegaci\u00f3n Santa Elena se estar\u00e1 brindando el servicio los martes de las 9:00 a las 13:00 horas; en el Deportivo La Laguna, el servicio ser\u00e1 los jueves y en la Plaza de la Identidad los
