Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n antepone el di\u00e1logo ante cualquier situaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s colectivo, pero rechaza el ejercicio de la violencia de quien venga como una forma para mantener en la indefinici\u00f3n una situaci\u00f3n de la que se pretende sacar provecho. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: #FCFCFC; border: none; mso-padding-alt: 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow: yes;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: #FCFCFC; border: none; mso-padding-alt: 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow: yes;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">Por esa raz\u00f3n, los sucesos de la noche del jueves 21 de julio, que derivaron en da\u00f1os en los bienes (p\u00fablicos muebles e inmuebles), producto de la vandalizaci\u00f3n de cinco motocicletas de uso de la Polic\u00eda Municipal y un conato de incendio en las instalaciones que albergan el H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, deben ser esclarecidos y juzgados en las instancias correspondientes.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: #FCFCFC; border: none; mso-padding-alt: 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow: yes;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: #FCFCFC; border: none; mso-padding-alt: 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow: yes;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">En ese tenor, el H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n informa que la Direcci\u00f3n Municipal Jur\u00eddica y Consultiva inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n Nez\/Nez\/Chi\/026\/214156\/22\/07 por el delito Da\u00f1os en los bienes (p\u00fablicos muebles e inmuebles) contra quienes resulten responsables, ante la Mesa de Tr\u00e1mite.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: #FCFCFC; border: none; mso-padding-alt: 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow: yes;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify; background: #FCFCFC;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">Asimismo, precisa que en los hechos violentos no se registraron lesionados, pese a que el ataque fue directo contra servidores p\u00fablicos, como directores, jefes de \u00e1rea y polic\u00edas municipales. Los derechos a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n y de manifestaci\u00f3n de los agresores, en este caso locatarios del antiguo Mercado \u201cIgnacio Zaragoza\u201d y personas ajenas, en todo momento fueron respetados durante su participaci\u00f3n en estos lamentables hechos violentos, promovidos por l\u00edderes que incitaron a los manifestantes a prender fuego en las escalinatas del Palacio Municipal y a apoderarse de cinco veh\u00edculos oficiales (motocicletas) quem\u00e1ndolos y destruy\u00e9ndolos frente a la Parroquia de Santo Domingo de Guzm\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify; background: #FCFCFC;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: #FCFCFC; border: none; mso-padding-alt: 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow: yes;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">Un claro ejemplo de la disposici\u00f3n al di\u00e1logo de parte del H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n es la reuni\u00f3n de mediaci\u00f3n que tuvo lugar la noche del jueves entre Servidores P\u00fablicos y una comisi\u00f3n de 10 personas representando a los locatarios de dicho mercado, entre las que se encontraba la expareja del leg\u00edtimo due\u00f1o de los locales 34 y 35 (<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">con quien ya se hab\u00eda acordado la entrega y quien se encuentra trabajando en el Mercado nuevo \u201cIgnacio Zaragoza\u201d desde el mes de enero de 2022)<b>, <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">acompa\u00f1ada de 3 abogados, misma que en el pasado perdi\u00f3 la disputa legal de los dos locales ante su expareja. Sus abogados \u201cvalidaron que todo el proceso que viene haciendo la administraci\u00f3n es correcto y que no se est\u00e1 violentando ning\u00fan derecho, ni a persona alguna, y reconocieron que se est\u00e1 actuando conforme a derecho\u201d, como se confirm\u00f3 en la mesa de di\u00e1logo llevada entre servidores p\u00fablicos y la comisi\u00f3n de locatarios.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: #FCFCFC; border: none; mso-padding-alt: 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow: yes;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El acuerdo al que se lleg\u00f3 en dicha reuni\u00f3n, sostenida al interior del Palacio Municipal, fue que la administraci\u00f3n no har\u00e1 nada que la ley no le asista, \u201cno vamos a violentar el derecho de absolutamente nadie y siempre que nosotros actuemos, lo haremos conforme a derecho y act\u00faaremos de esta forma\u201d, se\u00f1alaron autoridades municipales.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p
