text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Durante la \u201cCuarta Sesi\u00f3n de Consejo Municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana\u201d de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, qued\u00f3 de manifiesto el avance del nuevo proyecto de seguridad ciudadana, con el que se pretende bajar los \u00edndices delictivos y brindar mayor seguridad a los chimalhuaquenses.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La sesi\u00f3n estuvo encabezada por la Presidenta Municipal, X\u00f3chitl Flores Jim\u00e9nez, y el Director General de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, Salvador Hern\u00e1ndez Torres, adem\u00e1s de que se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de S\u00edndicos, Regidores, representante de Oficial\u00edas Calificadoras, Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Derechos Humanos, del Secretariado Ejecutivo Estatal, Fiscal\u00eda del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional, Guardia Nacional, Comit\u00e9s de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (Copaci) y Delegados.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Hern\u00e1ndez Torres explic\u00f3 que el proyecto se sustenta en la conformaci\u00f3n de 4 regiones, 80 cuadrantes y 20 sectores en todo el territorio municipal, y contempla la presencia de una patrulla permanente en cada una de las 15 entradas y salidas del municipio. \u201cEstimamos que esta nueva estrategia estar\u00e1 funcionando al 100 por ciento a finales de este a\u00f1o\u201d, dijo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Indic\u00f3 que por instrucci\u00f3n de la Presidenta Municipal, se adquirieron los primeros 110 tel\u00e9fonos para los patrulleros de cada cuadrante, para que la gente pueda comunicarse directamente con ellos en caso de emergencia. \u201cLes comento que al d\u00eda de hoy m\u00e1s 100 mil personas ya visitaron la aplicaci\u00f3n, donde se puede ver el cuadrante que le toca y el n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono al que pueden marcar, y una vez que llega el reporte, el polic\u00eda tiene cinco minutos para atender la emergencia\u201d, dijo el Comandante Municipal.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Inform\u00f3 que el nuevo esquema contempla cuatro jefes de regi\u00f3n, 20 jefes de sector y 20 m\u00e1s de turno y, por el momento, la corporaci\u00f3n cuenta con casi mil polic\u00edas, pero se requiere el doble para atender a toda la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El encargado de la Seguridad Ciudadana en Chimalhuac\u00e1n dijo que se realizan operativos a mototaxis y se ha detectado que muchos son robados y otros no cuentan con placas de circulaci\u00f3n. \u201cHemos detenido a m\u00e1s de 350 presuntos delincuentes y privilegiamos la vigilancia de escuelas, hospitales y deportivos. A nivel municipal, ya tenemos detectados los puntos rojos y estamos coordin\u00e1ndonos con la fiscal\u00eda estatal, el Ejercito Mexicano y la Guardia Nacional en la parte operativa\u201d, concluy\u00f3<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family:
