Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n que durante muchos a\u00f1os estuvieron en completo abandono y que, una vez desincorporados y donados, hoy servir\u00e1n para atender una demanda ciudadana.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En su discurso en el acto del Barrio Transportistas, Flores Jim\u00e9nez reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo del gobierno federal en favor de los Chimalhuaquenses, y destac\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n tiene la consigna de dotar de mejores servicios a la ciudadan\u00eda. \u201cSeguiremos trabajando en equipo para reducir las brechas hist\u00f3ricas de desigualdad\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Recalc\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1n trabajando con el gobierno federal y defendiendo todas las iniciativas de programas sociales. A los vecinos les pidi\u00f3 cuidar este tipo de obras y ser parte del cambio verdadero. \u201cSeguiremos haciendo gestiones para traer mejores beneficios y caminando de la mano con los gobiernos federal y estatal, y que los programas lleguen sin intermediarios\u201d, dijo la Presidenta Municipal ante vecinos de la comunidad, S\u00edndicos, Regidores y Directores de \u00c1rea del H. Ayuntamiento, <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El Director Municipal de Desarrollo Urbano, Adri\u00e1n Soto D\u00edaz, inform\u00f3 que el cabildo aprob\u00f3 la desincorporaci\u00f3n y donaci\u00f3n de los dos terrenos para la construcci\u00f3n de las sucursales del Bienestar y especific\u00f3 que el predio de Barrio Transportistas cuenta con una superficie de 504 metros cuadrados, mientras que el de Barrio Xochiaca parte alta posee una superficie de 400 metros cuadrados.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En los dos eventos de arranque de obra estuvo presente el Delegado Regional de los Programas del Bienestar, Vladimir Hern\u00e1ndez Villegas, quien afirm\u00f3 que el Banco del Bienestar, el banco del pueblo con una visi\u00f3n social, permitir\u00e1 que las personas como adultos mayores, personas con discapacidad y j\u00f3venes, reciban los apoyos sociales de manera directa, adem\u00e1s de que tambi\u00e9n prestar\u00e1 servicios financieros y eso incluye recibir env\u00edos de dinero desde el extranjero sin comisi\u00f3n alguna.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201cBuscamos hacer circuitos financieros virtuosos sin m\u00e1s intermediarios, especialmente en Chimalhuac\u00e1n, en donde 35 mil habitantes son beneficiarios del programa de Pensi\u00f3n para el Bienestar de los Adultos Mayores. Con la bancarizaci\u00f3n, posible gracias a estos dos nuevos bancos, podr\u00e1n cobrar sus apoyos a trav\u00e9s de tarjetas del Bienestar recibiendo una atenci\u00f3n digna\u201d, dijo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">EL Teniente Jorge Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez, responsable de la obra por parte de la Sedena, dijo que la construcci\u00f3n de los bancos llevar\u00e1 entre 10 y 12 semanas y contempla dos ventanillas de atenci\u00f3n a clientes, un cajero, una b\u00f3veda y
