Las personas fueron reubicadas en la calle San Juan del barrio San Pedro Parte Alta y recibieron de manos de la presidenta las llaves de sus nuevas casas, las cuales ya cuentan con clave catastral y certeza jur\u00eddica, por lo que las familias ya no tendr\u00e1n ning\u00fan inconveniente legal para habitarlas.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">La Alcaldesa Flores Jim\u00e9nez expres\u00f3 a los vecinos que sus nuevos predios ya son totalmente legales, pues los anteriores eran irregulares y se encontraban en una zona de riesgo de derrumbe. \u201cEsta es una zona totalmente segura y como gobierno seguiremos velando por su seguridad. Fue complicado meter drenaje y agua, pero ten\u00edamos que dejar los servicios como se debe. Hoy vuelven a tener una propiedad, enhorabuena\u201d, expres\u00f3 la presidenta ante los vecinos reubicados.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que pronto llegar\u00e1n m\u00e1s servicios a la localidad, lo cual contribuir\u00e1 a tener viviendas m\u00e1s dignas. Cada terreno entregado mide aproximadamente 100 m2 e incluye una construcci\u00f3n de 5&#215;4 m, un ba\u00f1o e instalaciones hidr\u00e1ulicas y sanitarias, para lo cual se tuvieron que construir 220 m de tuber\u00eda de agua potable y 170 m de drenaje.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Las familias reubicadas contaron con facilidades para liquidar sus viviendas, como el pago de un monto menor en un plazo de un a\u00f1o y seis meses.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center; line-height: normal;\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size:
