Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, a trav\u00e9s de las direcciones generales de Gobernaci\u00f3n, Jur\u00eddico, Desarrollo Urbano y Seguridad Ciudadana, as\u00ed como la Secretar\u00eda T\u00e9cnica, recuper\u00f3 un espacio p\u00fablico perteneciente a la Escuela Municipal Taller del Cantero, mismo que estaba en poder de una agrupaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Dicha \u00e1rea recuperada, conformada por aulas y bancos destinados para el trabajo de la cantera, colinda con avenida Las Torres y con el Centro de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n e Integraci\u00f3n Social (CRIS) de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, misma que desde hace a\u00f1os forma parte del patrimonio del H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, pues fue donada por comuneros del Barrio de Xochiaca, de lo cual se tiene registro en acuerdos de Cabildo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">El \u00e1rea en cuesti\u00f3n era utilizada de manera injustificada por la Escuela de Bellas Artes \u201cHumberto Vidal\u201d, lo cual se permiti\u00f3 en administraciones anteriores, a pesar de que el terreno formaba parte de la Escuela Municipal Taller del Cantero.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Las actividades educativas, culturales y recreativas continuar\u00e1n en dicho espacio, de manera p\u00fablica, no para una agrupaci\u00f3n en espec\u00edfico, sino para la comunidad en general. Ning\u00fan particular u organizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica est\u00e1 facultado por la ley para operar y administrar espacios p\u00fablicos. El espacio qued\u00f3 a resguardo de Seguridad Ciudadana.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Con estas acciones, el H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n una vez m\u00e1s da muestra de que los espacios p\u00fablicos son del pueblo y para el
