Ayuntamiento y a ciudadanos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; mso-line-height-alt: 11.75pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-fareast-language: ES-MX;\">Ante m\u00e1s de 200 asistentes congregados en el Teatro \u201cAcolmixtli Nezahualc\u00f3yotl\u201d, el director de Catastro Municipal, Julio Ledezma Ch\u00e1vez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta capacitaci\u00f3n servir\u00e1 para orientar a los ciudadanos de manera clara sobre los diversos m\u00e9todos de regularizaci\u00f3n que el IMEVIS aplica.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; mso-line-height-alt: 11.75pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-fareast-language: ES-MX;\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, de acuerdo a las expectativas, la administraci\u00f3n que encabeza la Presidenta Municipal, X\u00f3chitl Flores Jim\u00e9nez, llevar\u00e1 a cabo la m\u00e1s numerosa regularizaci\u00f3n de predios que se haya realizado en el municipio, como resultado de la firma del Convenio entre el Ayuntamiento y el IMEVIS.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; mso-line-height-alt: 11.75pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-fareast-language: ES-MX;\">Destac\u00f3 que uno de los mayores beneficios de este convenio es que fueron autorizados descuentos del 80 por ciento en tr\u00e1mites como traslado de dominio y del 100 por ciento en el pago de accesorios generados, as\u00ed como la condonaci\u00f3n del costo de Certificaci\u00f3n de Clave Catastral, entre otros.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; mso-line-height-alt: 11.75pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-fareast-language: ES-MX;\">El jefe del Departamento Jur\u00eddico del IMEVIS Regi\u00f3n Nezahualc\u00f3yotl, Ren\u00e9 V\u00e1zquez Granados, explic\u00f3 de manera detallada los diferentes tr\u00e1mites y procedimientos que el IMEVIS realiza para poder garantizar a los ciudadanos la propiedad de una vivienda, tales como inmatriculaci\u00f3n administrativa, la escrituraci\u00f3n v\u00eda notarial, juicio de usucapi\u00f3n, consumaci\u00f3n de la usucapi\u00f3n, inscripci\u00f3n de la posesi\u00f3n y la inscripci\u00f3n de solares urbanos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; mso-line-height-alt: 11.75pt;\"><span
