Cabildo del Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n aprobaron otorgar descuentos inherentes a la regularizaci\u00f3n de la tenencia de la tierra, atendiendo el convenio firmado con el Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social (IMEVIS). <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Tambi\u00e9n aprobaron<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"> la integraci\u00f3n <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">del Sistema Municipal para la Igualdad de Trato y Oportunidades entre Mujeres y Hombres y para Prevenir, Atender, Sancionar y Erradicar la Violencia contra las Mujeres en Chimalhuac\u00e1n. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">En materia de regularizaci\u00f3n de la tenencia de la tierra, el primer acuerdo autoriza el 80% de descuento en el pago del impuesto de Traslado de Dominio y del 100% en el pago de Accesorios Generados. Mientras que, para personas en condici\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, el descuento ser\u00e1 del 100% en el pago del impuesto de Traslado de Dominio y del 100% en el pago de Accesorios Generados. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">El segundo acuerdo se\u00f1ala una condonaci\u00f3n del 100% del costo de Certificaci\u00f3n de Clave Catastral, Certificaci\u00f3n de Clave y Valor Catastral, Plano Manzanero, Actualizaciones de Certificaciones Catastrales, Constancias Municipales, Fe de Erratas y Certificaci\u00f3n de NO Adeudo, a fin de que los beneficiarios del Programa de Regularizaci\u00f3n de la Tenencia de la Tierra acrediten ante el Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social (IMEVIS) el valor catastral actual del inmueble a regularizar. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Para personas en condici\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, el descuento aprobado ser\u00e1 del 100% en el pago del impuesto de Traslado de Dominio y del 100% en el pago de Accesorios Generados, esta condici\u00f3n deber\u00e1 ser acreditada con los documentos que se solicita la bonificaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-right: -18.8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; border: none;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Estos descuentos se sustentan en que<b> <\/b>un gran n\u00famero de familias chimalhuaquenses no cuentan con un t\u00edtulo de propiedad que les d\u00e9 seguridad y tranquilidad jur\u00eddica de su patrimonio; y que el tr\u00e1mite correspondiente para la regularizaci\u00f3n de los inmuebles en el territorio municipal requiere que cuenten con los pagos de impuestos sobre el Traslado de Dominio e impuesto predial al corriente, los que en muchos de los casos no se encuentran al alcance de los bolsillos de los habitantes, por lo que se inhibe el seguimiento de su tr\u00e1mite.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Algunos de los requisitos para la aplicaci\u00f3n de estos descuentos es contar con <b>c<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">onstancia expedida por los organismos p\u00fablicos creados para el efecto de regularizaci\u00f3n de tenencia de la tierra, como lo es, en el caso del Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico, el Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social (IMEVIS) o de la Unidad Administrativa del Municipio. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-hyphenate: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Asimismo, el H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n busca incentivar la cultura del pago en aquellos contribuyentes cuyo inmueble no cuente con todas las formalidades de tenencia de la tierra y que sea factor incidente para el incumplimiento tributario de las obligaciones fiscales.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"><span
