Cabildo de Chimalhuac\u00e1n aprobaron la propuesta para autorizar a la Titular de la Direcci\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas del Organismo Descentralizado de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n (ODAPAS), que ejecute la campa\u00f1a de condonaci\u00f3n del 100% en el pago de derechos de suministro de agua potable y drenaje, as\u00ed como el 100% en el pago de accesorios generados, aplicables a los ejercicios fiscales anteriores al 2022, para los contribuyentes de uso dom\u00e9stico y no dom\u00e9stico que se presenten a regularizar sus adeudos durante los meses de abril y mayo de este a\u00f1o. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La campa\u00f1a tiene el objetivo de apoyar la econom\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n que, de manera general, fue afectada por la pandemia del COVID-19 con el cierre de negocios, p\u00e9rdida de empleo, defunci\u00f3n de familiares, entre otros factores, y que a pesar de las condonaciones y descuentos realizados en los primeros tres meses del a\u00f1o, en t\u00e9rminos de lo que establece el C\u00f3digo Financiero del Estado de M\u00e9xico y Municipios, la Ley de Ingresos del Estado, y al apoyo para el cobro hasta el 31 de marzo, conforme a las tarifas del a\u00f1o 2021, no les es posible ponerse al corriente en el pago de ambos servicios. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Este descuento se aplicar\u00e1 a una sola vivienda en la que el beneficiario acredite que habita el inmueble y sin incluir derivaciones.
