Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n realiza diario rondines de vigilancia nocturnos, una vez que se detect\u00f3 que algunas personas aprovechan la oscuridad para tirar desechos y cascajo en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El titular de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Servicios P\u00fablicos, Pablo Garc\u00eda Colores, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el \u00faltimo mes se han sancionado a alrededor de 40 personas, al ser sorprendidas tirando basura sobre Avenida de las Torres. \u201cCon los rondines nocturnos hemos logrado contener el problema, disminuimos de 30 a 15 las toneladas de basura que recog\u00edamos a diario, pero hemos detectado que ahora tiran los desechos en calles aleda\u00f1as, de ah\u00ed la importancia que los vecinos nos ayuden con su denuncia\u201d, dijo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s de concientizar a la gente sobre la importancia de mantener calles y avenidas libres de basura, tambi\u00e9n se aplica el Art\u00edculo 30 del Bando Municipal, que estipula sanciones econ\u00f3micas de hasta 4 mil 811 pesos o arresto de 36 horas a quien incurra en esta falta.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El art\u00edculo en cuesti\u00f3n establece derechos y obligaciones de la ciudadan\u00eda y entr\u00f3 en vigor el pasado 5 de febrero, estableciendo responsabilidades para aquellas personas que arrojen basura en calles, terrenos bald\u00edos, parques, jardines, drenaje, r\u00edos y lagos del municipio.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Las multas por tirar basura van de 1 a 12 Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMAS), equivalentes a 96.22 pesos y hasta mil 159 pesos. Y la m\u00e1s alta es de 38 a 50 UMAS, que van de 3 mil 656 pesos y hasta 4 mil 811 pesos. Mientras que las horas de arresto van de 8 a 36 horas. En todos los casos, ser\u00e1 la Oficial\u00eda Calificadora la encargada de imponer la sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y administrativa atendiendo la gravedad de la infracci\u00f3n cometida.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">De acuerdo al Art\u00edculo 294 del Bando Municipal para la aplicaci\u00f3n de sanciones, se tomar\u00e1 en cuenta la gravedad de la infracci\u00f3n, edad de la persona infractora, antecedentes de reincidencia o habitualidad, condiciones econ\u00f3micas y monto de los da\u00f1os y perjuicios ocasionados.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Mientras que el art\u00edculo 241 regula el comercio en v\u00eda p\u00fablica y tianguis, donde los comerciantes semifijos podr\u00e1n ser sancionados hasta con 36 UMAS y arresto de 19 a 36 horas si dejan basura en el lugar donde se establecieron.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Recientemente, el H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n adquiri\u00f3 camiones compactadores de basura y carritos de recolecci\u00f3n, uniformes para el personal de limpia, herramientas para parques y jardines, motosierras, cortadoras de cercos y desbrozadoras.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
