Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Desarrollo Urbano, recuper\u00f3 un predio de m\u00e1s de 10 mil metros cuadrados, ubicado en la Cabecera Municipal, en el que por tercera ocasi\u00f3n hab\u00edan sido violados los sellos de suspensi\u00f3n de Uso de Suelo y de Construcci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">Personal de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Desarrollo Urbano acudi\u00f3 al lugar de los hechos, en donde se percibieron asentamientos y construcciones irregulares. De la misma manera, se observ\u00f3 que se hab\u00edan arrancado los sellos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">Alrededor de diez personas, que se encontraban en una entrada del predio, fueron detenidas y trasladas al Ministerio P\u00fablico por no presentar la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria para el caso.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">\u201cSe le invit\u00f3 a la gente en repetidas ocasiones a que se retirara, que suspendiera las obras en el predio, sin embargo, hicieron caso omiso\u201d, expres\u00f3 el titular de Desarrollo Urbano, Adri\u00e1n Jes\u00fas Soto D\u00edaz.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">Asimismo, el Titular invit\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a evitar comprar predios o formar parte de asentamientos que se encuentren en estas circunstancias, predios que no cuenten con ning\u00fan permiso, como el de la Licencia de Uso de Suelo o de Construcci\u00f3n, o documentos que no puedan acreditar el derecho sobre la propiedad\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">El predio en cuesti\u00f3n, ubicado en la calle Abasolo y Aldama, de la Cabecera Municipal, se encuentra en litigio entre particulares, pues una familia nativa del municipio de Chimalhuac\u00e1n &#8220;asegura ser la propietaria\u201d, en tanto que otro particular tambi\u00e9n &#8220;dice&#8221; ser el due\u00f1o, sin acreditar con documentos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #262626;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;
