Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n condena los actos vand\u00e1licos perpetuados por la Fundaci\u00f3n Social Unidos por la Justicia (FESUJ), agrupaci\u00f3n lidereada por Margarita Preisser Echeverria, esta ma\u00f1ana en <b>el tianguis ubicado en Av. Agrarismo, entre Calles Peras y Av. Quetzalli, del Barrio Saraperos.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Los hechos ocurrieron a las 08:00 horas de este d\u00eda, cuando el personal del Departamento de Tianguis de la Presente Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Municipal realizaba un recorrido para brindar informaci\u00f3n a los comerciantes, a efecto de que realicen su alta en el Padr\u00f3n Municipal de Tianguistas. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Sin embargo, dicha actividad no se pudo llevar a cabo, debido a que integrantes de la FESUJ comenzaron a violentar a la brigada del Departamento de Tianguis, transgrediendo la ley, toda vez que no permitieron que la Autoridad Municipal realizar\u00e1 sus actividades informativas conforme a derecho. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Aunado a ello, la agrupaci\u00f3n lidereada por Margarita Preisser Echeverria inici\u00f3 un altercado con otros l\u00edderes tianguistas, resultado de ello, elementos de Seguridad Ciudadana llegaron al lugar de los hechos para proteger la integridad f\u00edsica y patrimonial de los comerciantes.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n reprueba estos actos, no s\u00f3lo porque generan violencia, sino tambi\u00e9n porque afectan la armon\u00eda y paz social de nuestro municipio. Es lamentable que esta fundaci\u00f3n exponga a los tianguistas de esta manera, pues muchos comerciantes son adultos mayores, mujeres con hijos y padres de familia, que se levantan d\u00eda con d\u00eda para llevar el sustento a sus hogares. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Estas actitudes, atropellos e intimidaciones, por parte de la agrupaci\u00f3n lidereada por Margarita Preisser Echeverria, no s\u00f3lo vulneran los derechos humanos de los tianguistas, sino que tambi\u00e9n afectan a los vecinos que acuden a realizar sus compras y a los propios habitantes del lugar donde se instala el tianguis.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n est\u00e1 del lado de los tianguistas, defender\u00e1 sus derechos, su libertad a trabajar sin amenazas y condiciones, su derecho a decidir c\u00f3mo se quieren organizar.
