Cabildo del Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n aprobaron por unanimidad el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal para el periodo 2022-2024, que contiene los cuatro pilares de acci\u00f3n: el primero, en materia social; el segundo, en sentido econ\u00f3mico; el tercero, en funci\u00f3n de lo territorial; y el cuarto, en relaci\u00f3n con la seguridad.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Durante la s\u00e9ptima sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, el H. Cabildo analiz\u00f3, discuti\u00f3 y aprob\u00f3 el documento de Plan de Desarrollo Municipal, con base en lo establecido en los art\u00edculos 19 y 22 de la Ley de Planeaci\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico y Municipios, y 31 fracci\u00f3n XXI de la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La Presidenta Municipal dijo \u201cque el documento contiene todo lo que necesitamos, aborda los temas prioritarios y se tom\u00f3 en cuenta la participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda con las propuestas planteada a trav\u00e9s de los foros ciudadanos\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La elaboraci\u00f3n de Plan de Desarrollo Municipal estuvo a cargo del Director Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n, quien explic\u00f3 los tres ejes transversales: la equidad de g\u00e9nero; la instauraci\u00f3n de un gobierno moderno, capaz y responsable; y la tecnolog\u00eda\u00a0 y la coordinaci\u00f3n para el buen gobierno, que fomentar\u00e1 la correcta gobernabilidad. Se busca, dijo, conceder una apertura a la ciudadan\u00eda que, en conjunto, permita concebir un mejor municipio, en el que se reivindiquen los derechos y otorgue la calidad de vida que merecemos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El Plan de Desarrollo Municipal, que debe ser presentado ante autoridades del Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico a m\u00e1s tardar el 31 de marzo, est\u00e1 en concordancia con la agenda 2030 para el desarrollo sostenible de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), por lo que se incluyen 17 objetivos para reducir la pobreza, la hambruna, la crisis de vivienda, as\u00ed como el acceso delimitado a la salud y educaci\u00f3n mediante la instauraci\u00f3n de empleos con salarios dignos, entre otras.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Con base en la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal del Estado de M\u00e9xico, los ayuntamientos tienen los primeros tres meses para poder elaborar, aprobar y publicar en la gaceta municipal, el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal que ser\u00e1 revisado por el \u00d3rgano Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico y la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas, instancias facultadas para hacer las observaciones necesarias antes de entregar el registro correspondiente.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: center; line-height: normal;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">&#8212;000&#8212;<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los integrantes del H.
