Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n firmaron un Convenio de Coordinaci\u00f3n de Acciones, mediante el cual se podr\u00e1n implementar y ejecutar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en materia de vivienda social, regularizaci\u00f3n de asentamientos humanos, regulaci\u00f3n del suelo y tenencia de la tierra. Lo anterior permitir\u00e1 a los m\u00e1s desfavorecidos regularizar sus bienes y otorgar certeza jur\u00eddica a su patrimonio, expres\u00f3 el Subcoordinador de Delegaciones Regionales del Imevis.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">En el acto de la firma del Convenio, la Presidenta Municipal de Chimalhuac\u00e1n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <span style=\"color: #262626; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">\u201cuna de las necesidades m\u00e1s apremiantes, y que es una deuda hist\u00f3rica, es la certeza jur\u00eddica de los asentamientos irregulares que se encuentran en nuestro municipio\u201d.<\/span> Por lo anterior, el actual gobierno est\u00e1 trabajando desde el primero de enero en mejorar las condiciones de vivienda de los habitantes del municipio para brindarles seguridad jur\u00eddica a su patrimonio familiar, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #262626; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">&#8220;Solo por poner un ejemplo, con base en cifras del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo Urbano, en Chimalhuac\u00e1n existe una fuerte problem\u00e1tica de asentamientos irregulares en la parte norte de Acuitlapilco, as\u00ed como en la parte alta del Cerro del Chimalhuache, en los Ejidos de Santa Mar\u00eda y en los l\u00edmites de la Mina Barrera, por lo que tenemos un gran compromiso en este municipio\u201d, dijo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #262626; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">El Director General del Imevis expres\u00f3 que en el Instituto se fortalece a las familias de la manera m\u00e1s honrosa y honorable, que es salvaguardando lo m\u00e1s importante que tienen, \u201cque no son casas, no son edificaciones, son hogares; y para nosotros hacer equipo con Chimalhuac\u00e1n ser\u00e1 un enorme privilegio para darle tranquilidad y paz a las familias\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #262626; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Tambi\u00e9n existen zonas que se encuentran en conflicto con los municipios de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl, Chicoloapan, Texcoco, entre las que destacan la Zona Urbana Ejidal de San Agust\u00edn Atlapulco y la Zona Comunal Xochiaca. Considerando lo anterior, la firma del presente convenio ser\u00e1 una herramienta e instrumento de acci\u00f3n para atender de manera oportuna, eficaz y eficiente dichas problem\u00e1ticas y contribuir con el ordenamiento territorial.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #262626; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">&#8220;Este Convenio ser\u00e1 de gran ayuda para evitar el \u2018coyotaje\u2019 y el intermediarismo de organizaciones que se aprovechan de las necesidades de la gente, para obtener beneficios particulares. Es, por ello, que celebro este Convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n, que facilitar\u00e1 un trabajo compartido, responsable y sin ning\u00fan inter\u00e9s, m\u00e1s que el de apoyar a las familias chimalhuaquenses a que tengan certeza de su patrimonio&#8221;, finaliz\u00f3 la Presidenta Municipal.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\"
