text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En una acci\u00f3n m\u00e1s en apoyo a la econom\u00eda familiar, la Presidenta Municipal de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, X\u00f3chitl Flores Jim\u00e9nez, entreg\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 500 testamentos a un tercio de su costo normal, con lo cual los testadores dan un paso crucial y de impacto a largo plazo para el bienestar financiero y patrimonial de sus seres queridos y herederos, en general.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La Alcaldesa Flores Jim\u00e9nez agradeci\u00f3 al Notario P\u00fablico 128 del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Flavio Sergio de la Rosa Pineda, su colaboraci\u00f3n con la Direcci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica y Consultiva, a cargo de Andrea Lorena Rodr\u00edguez Gonz\u00e1lez, para la gesti\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n del programa \u201cSeptiembre, Mes del Testamento\u201d en beneficio de los chimalhuaquenses.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Esta acci\u00f3n -dijo Flores Jim\u00e9nez- es \u201cun testimonio del compromiso de nuestro gobierno de facilitar una planificaci\u00f3n patrimonial responsable, segura y accesible para nuestros ciudadanos y ciudadanas\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Felicit\u00f3 a todas y todos quienes cumplieron con los requisitos y concluyeron el tr\u00e1mite para obtener su testamento, pues con \u00e9ste garantizan el respeto a sus deseos en cuanto a la distribuci\u00f3n de sus bienes y generan tranquilidad a sus familiares respecto a la gesti\u00f3n de su patrimonio.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Expuso que un testamento minimiza posibles desacuerdos, conflictos y disputas familiares; alivia la carga de los seres queridos del testador en momentos emocionalmente dif\u00edciles, y contribuye a conservar la armon\u00eda entre los integrantes de la familia.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201cNuestro Gobierno reconoce la importancia de los testamentos para salvaguardar el futuro de las familias y se esfuerza por hacer que este proceso sea m\u00e1s accesible y asequible para a todos, con lo cual avanzamos a una transformaci\u00f3n con igualdad para todos los chimalhuaquenses\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La Presidenta Municipal exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a tramitar dicho documento y, en su caso, aprovechar iniciativas y programas como \u00e9ste que se celebra cada a\u00f1o con objeto de amortiguar la carga econ\u00f3mica y dar, al mismo tiempo, certeza jur\u00eddica, seguridad y paz a los seres queridos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En su oportunidad, el Notario P\u00fablico Flavio Sergio de la Rosa Pineda aclar\u00f3 a los beneficiarios de las diversas colonias, barrios y pueblos de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, reunidos en el Centro Cultura Oaxaque\u00f1o para esta entrega, que aun cuando este documento es ya de por s\u00ed una garant\u00eda para el testador sobre el respeto a su voluntad, despu\u00e9s lo pueden cambiar si es su deseo y se encuentran en condiciones para ello.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Agradeci\u00f3 a la Presidenta Municipal, al H. Ayuntamiento y a su Directora Jur\u00eddica y Consultiva la confianza y respaldo para lograr un descuento del 66% a favor de los testadores, pues en el marco del programa \u201cSeptiembre, Mes del Testamento\u201d normalmente se cobra s\u00f3lo el 50%, pero en el caso espec\u00edfico de Chimalhuac\u00e1n se dej\u00f3 en un tercio de su costo, lo cual aplaudieron los beneficiarios en esta reuni\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p
