align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: center; line-height: normal;\" align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En relaci\u00f3n con los hechos suscitados en la ma\u00f1ana del d\u00eda 3 de noviembre en la calle 26 de marzo, colonia Acuitlapilco, en donde de manera irresponsable los tripulantes de la patrulla 2006 atropellaron a un perro, el Director General de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, Salvador Torres Hern\u00e1ndez, informa que los oficiales Jorge Luis \u201cN\u201d y Raquel \u201cN\u201d ya fueron presentados ante la Unidad de Asuntos Internos, instancia que les inici\u00f3 un expediente con folio DGSCYTM\/UAI\/499\/2023, teniendo como consecuencia la separaci\u00f3n inmediata de los elementos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Al mismo tiempo, informa que ya se gener\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia con folio NEZ\/NEZ\/CHI\/026\/313968\/23\/11 por el delito de maltrato animal, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n se les inici\u00f3 un procedimiento administrativo ante la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El Comisario Torres Hern\u00e1ndez afirm\u00f3 que, en este caso ni en ning\u00fan otro, habr\u00e1 impunidad y que los responsables ser\u00e1n castigados, se proceder\u00e1 de acuerdo a derecho y los elementos tendr\u00e1n que afrontar las consecuencias y responsabilidades administrativas al interior de la corporaci\u00f3n y legalmente en el ministerio p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:
