Ayuntamiento la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, mientras por parte del Gobierno Federal lo hacen la Secretar\u00eda del Bienestar y la Guardia Nacional, entre otras dependencias.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En representaci\u00f3n de la Alcaldesa y del H. Ayuntamiento, el acto inaugural lo encabezaron el S\u00edndico Municipal, Faustino M\u00e9ndez L\u00e1zaro, y el Director General de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, Salvador Hern\u00e1ndez Torres, en tanto por el Gobierno Federal lo hicieron el Director Regional de Programas para el Bienestar, Vladimir Hern\u00e1ndez Villegas, y la Secretaria T\u00e9cnica de la Mesa Para la Construcci\u00f3n de la Paz y la Seguridad en Chimalhuac\u00e1n, Andrea Deras Dom\u00ednguez.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201cNuestra tarea principal es recorrer casa por casa y escuchar a cada vecina y vecino para hacer un diagn\u00f3stico, el cual canalizaremos a cada una de las instituciones del orden federal, estatal y municipal con el objetivo de atender las causas estructurales de la violencia y, sobre todo, atender y resolver las demandas ciudadanas\u201d, expres\u00f3 Hern\u00e1ndez Villegas.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Inform\u00f3 que esta acci\u00f3n es parte de la estrategia para atender los 50 municipios con mayor \u00edndice de violencia e inseguridad en el Estado de M\u00e9xico. En el caso de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, personal de \u201cServidores de la Naci\u00f3n\u201d, apoyados por Polic\u00eda Municipal y Guardia Nacional, recorrer\u00e1n 10 barrios y colonias en 4 d\u00edas en el marco de las instrucciones del Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador de aumentar los beneficios y los beneficiarios de los programas sociales en este Municipio.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Hern\u00e1ndez Villegas agradeci\u00f3 a la Presidenta X\u00f3chitl Flores Jim\u00e9nez, al H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n y a la gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, el apoyo y facilidades para esta tarea.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Gobierno Federal ya hace una fuerte inversi\u00f3n en el municipio para apoyar a poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable, incluidos m\u00e1s de 30 mil beneficiarios del programa de adulto mayor, cerca de tres mil personas con alguna discapacidad, 5 mil con el de Tandas para el Bienestar \u2013ahora Cr\u00e9dito Solidario\u2013 y 35 mil j\u00f3venes de educaci\u00f3n media superior. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Este acto inaugural se realiz\u00f3 sobre Avenida Las Torres, a la altura del Mercado de San Judas Tadeo, en el Barrio Plateros. Los recorridos de hoy se har\u00e1n en los barrios Talabarteros y Tlatelco, y en los siguientes d\u00edas se har\u00e1 lo propio en Artesanos, Mineros, Acuitlapilco, Xochiaca, Villa Xochitenco, San
