Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, representado por la Presidenta Municipal, X\u00f3chitl Flores Jim\u00e9nez, atendi\u00f3 la recomendaci\u00f3n 05\/2023 de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CODHEM), coordinada por la Primera Visitadur\u00eda General bajo los criterios dispuestos en los art\u00edculos 13 fracci\u00f3n II y 16 fracci\u00f3n II del Reglamento Interno de la CODHEM.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">A nombre del H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, la Presidenta Flores Jim\u00e9nez y el titular de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, Salvador Hern\u00e1ndez Torres, atendieron la recomendaci\u00f3n y ofrecieron una disculpa p\u00fablica institucional a las v\u00edctimas. Asimismo, se comprometieron a mejorar las acciones de seguridad y se garantice la no repetici\u00f3n a la violaci\u00f3n de derechos humanos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Lo anterior en cumplimiento del deber de protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de las v\u00edctimas, pues \u201cfueron violados sus derechos a la debida diligencia, a la oportuna y adecuada adopci\u00f3n de medidas cautelares, a la oportuna y adecuada ejecuci\u00f3n de mandamientos judiciales, a la integridad y seguridad personales, as\u00ed como a la preservaci\u00f3n de la vida\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Las v\u00edctimas indirectas aceptaron la disculpa institucional del H. Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n y exhortaron a las autoridades competentes a atender los llamados de urgencia y auxilio de las mujeres, que sean protegidas y atendidas en la solicitud de ayuda.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height:
