Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n escucharon propuestas en materia de \u201cIgualdad de G\u00e9nero\u201d, sobre la realidad que actualmente viven mujeres y hombres.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El Parque Ecotur\u00edstico \u201cEl Chimalhuache\u201d fue sede del Cuarto Foro de Consulta Ciudadana para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo Municipal con dicho tema, que cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de S\u00edndicos y Regidores Municipales, servidores p\u00fablicos de Chimalhuac\u00e1n y vecinos del Barrio Xochiaca parte alta. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En las 15 mesas de an\u00e1lisis instaladas, se recogieron inquietudes ciudadanas en temas como: Desarrollo integral de las mujeres, Identidad de g\u00e9nero, Respeto a los derechos humanos, Igualdad de acceso a las oportunidades, Reconocimiento de los derechos laborales de las mujeres en el empleo, Trabajo en el hogar no remunerado, Participaci\u00f3n de la mujer en la vida pol\u00edtica, econ\u00f3mica y p\u00fablica, pobreza, Normalizaci\u00f3n de la violencia de g\u00e9nero, Empleo igualitario y Cultura de la igualdad.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La titular de la Direcci\u00f3n General de la Mujer enfatiz\u00f3 que estos foros tienen la intenci\u00f3n de contribuir al intercambio de opiniones entre la poblaci\u00f3n y sus autoridades en la toma de decisiones. \u201cLa igualdad es un principio constitucional, reclama que todas las mujeres y hombres son iguales ante la ley y, por consecuencia, tienen los mismos derechos. Para que este mandato constitucional se haga realidad, se requiere impulsar acciones afirmativas que eliminen las desventajas que las mujeres tienen respecto a los hombres\u201d, dijo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Plante\u00f3 que se debe discutir c\u00f3mo cambiar las relaciones entre hombres y mujeres, sobre bases de igualdad y equidad, mejorar la calidad de vida y garantizar que todos tengamos las mismas oportunidades. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El encargado de organizar los foros afirm\u00f3 que el tema de la igualdad de g\u00e9nero representa una de las dolencias m\u00e1s arraigadas y visibles del municipio. \u201cContamos con doble alerta de g\u00e9nero, heredada de las administraciones pasadas, de ah\u00ed la importancia de la lucha por la reivindicaci\u00f3n de la igualdad social\u201d. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La ciudadana Consuelo Prado S\u00e1nchez, de San Pablo, destac\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n del gobierno municipal para entablar una <span style=\"color: #050505; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">comunicaci\u00f3n directa con la ciudadan\u00eda, y que permitir\u00e1 que los servidores p\u00fablicos se conduzcan de manera honesta.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #050505; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Las conclusiones y propuestas de las 15 mesas se tomar\u00e1n <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">en cuenta para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo Municipal de Chimalhuac\u00e1n 2022-2024. Este s\u00e1bado se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el pen\u00faltimo foro ciudadano con el tema: \u201cMunicipio con Seguridad y Justicia\u201d en el Deportivo Tepalcates, y el \u00faltimo foro se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el domingo en el campo de futbol El Chocol\u00edn, con el tema: \u201cTecnolog\u00eda y Coordinaci\u00f3n para el Buen Gobierno\u201d.
