El galard\u00f3n fue recibido por la Alcaldesa Flores Jim\u00e9nez durante la ceremonia realizada en las instalaciones del INFOEM y de manos del Comisionado Presidente, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez Vilchis, quien inform\u00f3 que en el tercer a\u00f1o de Pr\u00e1cticas de Transparencia Proactivas, de 332 sujetos obligados o dependencias del Estado de M\u00e9xico, 15 recibieron premios y \u201ceso da cuenta lo destacado de aquellos que recibieron su reconocimiento\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Indic\u00f3 que en esta ocasi\u00f3n recibieron la distinci\u00f3n cuatro \u00f3rganos aut\u00f3nomos constitucionales, cuatro dependencias del Poder Ejecutivo y una del Poder Judicial, as\u00ed como cinco ayuntamientos, entre ellos Chimalhuac\u00e1n, Calimaya, San Antonio la Isla, Metepec y La Paz.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El instituto destac\u00f3 el compromiso del ayuntamiento en aras de proporcionar a la ciudadan\u00eda informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil, privilegiando los atributos de calidad de la informaci\u00f3n para generar espacios proactivos dentro del gobierno.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En un ejercicio de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, el programa \u201cTransformando la Educaci\u00f3n con Igualdad\u201d \u2013que le vali\u00f3 el premio al gobierno de Chimalhuac\u00e1n\u2013 \u00a0tiene el objetivo de apoyar a los estudiantes de nivel b\u00e1sico en la compra de sus \u00fatiles escolares, aminorando la dificultad econ\u00f3mica, la deserci\u00f3n escolar y minimizando la brecha de desigualdad en el acceso a una educaci\u00f3n de calidad.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En el marco de la convocatoria de Pr\u00e1cticas de Transparencia Proactivas 2023, el Ayuntamiento present\u00f3 al INFOEM el n\u00famero de alumnos beneficiados, as\u00ed como el presupuesto destinado a dicho programa municipal, aportando datos estad\u00edsticos de calidad. Tambi\u00e9n entreg\u00f3 un Mapa donde se visualiza la informaci\u00f3n de escuelas beneficiadas en todo el territorio del municipio, as\u00ed como la matr\u00edcula de alumnos que recibieron el apoyo y el monto total ejercido por escuela.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Y cumpli\u00f3 con los requisitos para acceder al programa mediante el portal oficial, como una galer\u00eda de fotos, una encuesta de satisfacci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n, un contador de visitas, informaci\u00f3n descargable en formato de datos abiertos CSV de las escuelas beneficiadas.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Al hacer uso de la palabra, Luis Gustavo Parra Noriega, Comisionado del INFOEM, expres\u00f3 que \u201ceste tipo de ejercicios nos invitan a pensar que la transparencia proactiva es un medio a trav\u00e9s del cual se pueden construir puentes de interacci\u00f3n novedosa entre instituciones y la ciudadan\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, la proactividad ayuda a que la informaci\u00f3n se vuelva accesible y comprensible\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height:
