Cabildo de\nChimalhuac\u00e1n aprob\u00f3 la conformaci\u00f3n del Sistema Municipal para la Igualdad de\nTrato y Oportunidades entre Mujeres y Hombres y para Prevenir, Atender,\nSancionar y Erradicar la Violencia contra las Mujeres en Chimalhuac\u00e1n, para el\nperiodo 2022-2024, con el objetivo de garantizar los derechos de este sector en\nla sociedad. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size:\n12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">Cabe resaltar que este\nSistema Municipal es un \u00f3rgano colegiado que permite conjuntar esfuerzos y\narticular acciones con las instancias de gobierno estatal y federal, para\nprevenir, atender, sancionar y erradicar la violencia contra las mujeres e\nincidir para alcanzar la igualdad sustantiva entre mujeres y hombres.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size:\n12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">El objetivo de este\nSistema consiste en dise\u00f1ar instrumentos, pol\u00edticas, servicios y acciones\ninterinstitucionales en cinco ejes: igualdad de trato y oportunidades entre\nmujeres y hombres, prevenci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n, sanci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia\ncontra la mujer.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size:\n12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">El cuerpo colegido\ndeber\u00e1 ser integrado por titulares de diversas \u00e1reas municipales como la Secretar\u00eda\ndel H. Ayuntamiento, la Direcci\u00f3n General de la Mujer, el Sistema Municipal\npara el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (SMDIF), la, la Direcci\u00f3n General de\nBienestar, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad Ciudadana y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, y\nla Direcci\u00f3n General Jur\u00eddica, as\u00ed como vocales con voz y voto, cuatro\nregidur\u00edas, y ser\u00e1 presidido por la Presidente Municipal. &nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size:\n12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">Este Sistema trabajar\u00e1\nsin discriminaci\u00f3n alguna, por ello deber\u00e1 considerar el idioma, la edad, la\ncondici\u00f3n social y econ\u00f3mica, la condici\u00f3n \u00e9tnica, la preferencia sexual o\ncualquier otra condici\u00f3n para acceder a las pol\u00edticas de gobierno en la materia.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size:\n12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">La integraci\u00f3n de este\nSistema Municipal se encuentra fundamentado en los art\u00edculos 50 de la Ley\nGeneral de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia; el 64 del Reglamento\nde la Ley General de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia; el 34\ny 54 de la Ley de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia del\nEstado de M\u00e9xico, el 18 y 19 de la Ley de Igualdad de Trato y Oportunidades\nentre Mujeres y Hombres del Estado de M\u00e9xico. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size:\n12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">Durante la misma sesi\u00f3n\nordinaria, el cuerpo edilicio aprob\u00f3 la publicaci\u00f3n de la Convocatoria P\u00fablica\npara la Designaci\u00f3n del Defensor Municipal de Derechos Humanos de Chimalhuac\u00e1n,\npara el periodo 2022-2024.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p align=\"center\" style=\"text-align:center\"><span lang=\"ES\"
