Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n inici\u00f3 el primero de seis foros de \u201cConsulta Ciudadana\u201d que recoger\u00e1 inquietudes ciudadanas en temas como alimentaci\u00f3n, salud, bienestar, igualdad, deporte, discapacidad, migraci\u00f3n, infraestructura urbana, educaci\u00f3n y vivienda, y que ser\u00e1n tomadas en cuenta para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo Municipal de Chimalhuac\u00e1n 2022-20224.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En la plaza Benito Ju\u00e1rez, en Barrio Vidrieros, vecinos del municipio participaron en las doce mesas instaladas y dirigidas por funcionarios municipales que escucharon las propuestas ciudadanas y, en consenso, formularon un documento con las conclusiones a las que llegaron.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En el acto inaugural, la Presidenta Municipal expres\u00f3 que las demandas, planteamientos y necesidades de los habitantes constituyen un insumo fundamental y permiten enriquecer las grandes aspiraciones populares. \u201cDeben constituirse en un verdadero espacio de di\u00e1logo social, que refleje la diversidad y pluralidad del municipio\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Y llam\u00f3 a construir la mejor versi\u00f3n de Chimalhuac\u00e1n, donde se pueda vivir seguro, con espacios p\u00fablicos dignos, movilidad integral y oportunidades para todos. \u201cDebe ser una utop\u00eda hecha realidad\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Por su parte, la Directora del DIF Municipal puntualiz\u00f3 la necesidad de fomentar la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en las consultas populares, recibir ideas y propuestas de asociaciones civiles, fundaciones, cooperativas, consejos de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, comerciantes, industriales, universidades, acad\u00e9micos, investigadores, y organizaciones culturales.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Detall\u00f3 cinco objetivos de los foros: atender las demandas prioritarias de la poblaci\u00f3n, propiciar el desarrollo arm\u00f3nico del municipio, asegurar la participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad en las acciones del gobierno, vincular el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal con los planes de desarrollo federal y estatal; y aplicar de manera racional los recursos financieros.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En las mesas de hoy se analizaron los temas: Cultura f\u00edsica y deporte, Discapacidad, Poblaci\u00f3n ind\u00edgena, Migraci\u00f3n, Bienestar, Equipamiento en materia educativa y salud, Poblaci\u00f3n y evoluci\u00f3n sociodemogr\u00e1fica, Alimentaci\u00f3n, Salud, Igualdad, Educaci\u00f3n incluyente y de calidad, Vivienda digna y desarrollo humano.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En este fin de semana, los otros dos foros se llevar\u00e1n a cabo el s\u00e1bado 26 de febrero en el Deportivo La Laguna y el domingo 27 en la Plaza de la Identidad, a partir de las 10:00 horas.
