Congreso del Olivo y sus Procesos Biotecnol\u00f3gicos\u201d, organizado por el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Estudios Superiores de Chimalhuac\u00e1n (TESChi).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Josu\u00e9 Buend\u00eda Peralta, Coordinador de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico Municipal, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el gobierno de Chimalhuac\u00e1n busca promover la importancia de la olivicultura entre los estudiantes, ya que actualmente esta actividad tiene un enorme potencial para la generaci\u00f3n de empleos dentro de la propia demarcaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Por su parte, V\u00edctor Flores Fragoso, jefe de Departamento de Desarrollo Acad\u00e9mico del TESChi, explic\u00f3 que el congreso busca que los estudiantes de gastronom\u00eda e ingenier\u00eda industrial conozcan la importancia del \u00e1rbol de olivo, del aceite, sus variedades y el valor patrimonial y cultural de este \u00e1rbol en el municipio de Chimalhuac\u00e1n<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El congreso, realizado en las instalaciones del TESChi, cont\u00f3 con diversas actividades como talleres de gastronom\u00eda, muestra de platillos emblem\u00e1ticos como el pato a la basura y los tamales de aceituna.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Igualmente, se efectu\u00f3 la siembra de siete variedades del \u00e1rbol de olivo, se presentaron cinco conferencias, entre ellas \u201cEnam\u00f3rate del Olivo\u201d por parte de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico Municipal, as\u00ed como actividades culturales de danza.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;
