Ayuntamiento de Chimalhuac\u00e1n 2022-2024, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Bienestar, llevar\u00e1 a cabo el evento \u201cMatrimonios Igualitarios Civiles y Colectivos\u201d el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de junio en el Museo \u201cChimaltonalli\u201d, de la Cabecera Municipal, a las 11:00 horas.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Los miembros de la comunidad LGBTTTIQ+ que acrediten su residencia en el municipio de Chimalhuac\u00e1n y que cumplan con los requisitos solicitados podr\u00e1n contraer matrimonio en dicho evento de manera gratuita y legal, en apego a la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y al C\u00f3digo Civil del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Previo al evento del 28 de junio, las personas interesadas podr\u00e1n acudir del 7 al 24 de junio a alguna de las siguientes Oficial\u00edas del Registro Civil para realizar los tr\u00e1mites necesarios para contraer matrimonio: Oficial\u00eda 1, ubicada en c. Aldama s\/n, entre 16 de Septiembre y Canoas, Cabecera Municipal; Oficial\u00eda 2, ubicada en c. Otatli s\/n, Barrio Hojalateros; Oficial\u00eda 3, av. Central No. 2, San Lorenzo; Oficial\u00eda 4, Zona Urbana Ejidal, av. San Agust\u00edn, esq. Emiliano Zapata, Ejidos de San Agust\u00edn; Oficial\u00eda 5, c. Cajetito s\/n, col. Tepalcates; Oficial\u00eda 7, c. Papalotl s\/n, Barrio Vidrieros.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Las personas contrayentes deber\u00e1n acudir a alguna de las Oficial\u00edas mencionadas con los siguientes documentos: actas de nacimiento certificadas, CURP actualizados, identificaciones oficiales vigentes (INE), as\u00ed como Certificados M\u00e9dicos Prenupciales\u00a0 con una vigencia no mayor a 15 d\u00edas de la ceremonia civil, que se realizar\u00e1 el 28 de junio; ambos contrayentes deber\u00e1n asistir a la Oficial\u00eda.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Los tr\u00e1mites para los \u201cMatrimonios Igualitarios Civiles y Colectivos\u201d ser\u00e1n gratuitos, pues forman parte de la tarifa cero, en respeto a la dignidad humana y con fundamento en el art\u00edculo 1ro. de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en el cual se expresa que \u201cQueda prohibida toda discriminaci\u00f3n motivada por origen \u00e9tnico o nacional, el g\u00e9nero, la edad, las discapacidades, la condici\u00f3n social, las condiciones de salud, la religi\u00f3n, las opiniones, las preferencias sexuales, el estado civil o cualquier otra que atente contra la dignidad humana y tenga por objeto anular o menoscabar los derechos y libertades de las personas\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size:
