Ayuntamiento, Silvestre L\u00f3pez Cornejo, como Secretario; el Director de Salud Municipal, Hugo Sergio Gonz\u00e1lez Rosales, como Secretario T\u00e9cnico; y por nueve vocales. \u201cEste Consejo tendr\u00e1 atribuciones deliberativas y ejecutivas para dictar las medidas necesarias a efecto de prevenir la propagaci\u00f3n del COVID-19 (Coronavirus) y garantizar con ello el derecho humano a la salud de los ciudadanos que se encuentren en el territorio del municipio de Chimalhuac\u00e1n\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Por otra parte, el Comit\u00e9 Municipal de Salud est\u00e1 conformado por la Jefa de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Sanitaria Texcoco, Ana Olivia Guerra Delgado, como Secretario T\u00e9cnico; la Directora del Sistema Municipal DIF, Irma Vargas Palapa, como Secretario; y 16 vocales.\u00a0 El prop\u00f3sito de este Comit\u00e9 es \u201cestablecer el compromiso para desarrollar acciones que favorezcan la creaci\u00f3n de entornos y comunidades saludables, con la participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad, las instancias y otros sectores\u201d. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">El Comit\u00e9 Contra las Adicciones est\u00e1 conformado por el Director de Salud Municipal, Hugo Sergio Gonz\u00e1lez como Coordinador Ejecutivo; el Director del Instituto Mexiquense Contra las Adicciones del Estado de M\u00e9xico (IMCA), Alberto Alonso Guti\u00e9rrez Novelo, como Secretario T\u00e9cnico; la Jefa del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria en Adicciones (CAPA) Chimalhuac\u00e1n, M\u00f3nica Ester Mu\u00f1oz Queupumil, como Suplente Secretario T\u00e9cnico, y 17 vocales. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">A su vez, el Comit\u00e9 Municipal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios est\u00e1 conformado por el Director de Salud Municipal, Hugo Sergio Gonz\u00e1lez Rosales, como Presidente Suplente; el Jefe de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n de Regulaci\u00f3n Sanitaria N\u00famero 8 Texcoco, \u00a0Rafael Gonz\u00e1lez Castorena, como Secretario T\u00e9cnico; la Jefa de la Oficina de Salud Ambiental y Ocupacional de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n, Vianey Briones Hern\u00e1ndez, como Secretario Suplente; el Director Municipal de Gobernaci\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Buend\u00eda Romero, como Secretario T\u00e9cnico B; as\u00ed como por 22 vocales. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">La Alcaldesa extern\u00f3 que la conformaci\u00f3n del Consejo y de los Comit\u00e9s se hace en pro de la salud de los chimalhuaquenses, con base en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica
