Indic\u00f3 que primero se debe elaborar un diagn\u00f3stico integral del uso\nque se le da al agua en cada municipio y despu\u00e9s destinar al menos 20 por\nciento del recurso que reciben del gobierno federal e iniciar el programa de fiscalizaci\u00f3n\npara dar seguimiento al pago puntual de usuarios y concesionarios por concepto\nde agua.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;\nline-height:107%;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">Agreg\u00f3 que est\u00e1n dadas las\ncondiciones para que Chimalhuac\u00e1n sea el primero municipio (de 2,469 que hay en\ntodo el pa\u00eds), en impulsar el uso de plantas potabilizadoras de agua,\ninstalaci\u00f3n de macromedidores que midan el flujo de agua, tanques elevados y\nmonitoreo de la calidad del agua.
